Legal Consultation & Support, Emotional Support & Psychological Counselling, Referral to relevant experts or organizations

Emotional and Psychological Support
We prioritize creating safe, non-judgmental spaces where survivors can share their experiences at their own pace. We facilitate access to psychological and psychosocial counselling, psychotherapy, and also psychiatric assistance as and when required, to aid emotional processing, reduce isolation, and support healing.

Legal Guidance and Aid
Survivors often face complex and intimidating legal systems. We help them understand their rights, the legal process, and available remedies. This includes guidance on filing complaints, navigating court procedures, and accessing legal aid or referrals to trusted legal professionals.

System Navigation and Advocacy
Survivors frequently encounter institutional or systemic barriers or re-traumatization while seeking help. We accompany them in interactions with police, Protection Officers, Shelter homes, and other state or community systems, advocating for their rights and ensuring they are treated with respect and sensitivity.

Crisis Intervention and Emergency Response
In moments of acute crisis; whether immediately after violence or during threatening situations, we provide urgent support. This may include accompanying survivors to the police station, connecting them to temporary safe spaces, or ensuring their safety through coordination with emergency services. Our helpline number is available for emergency response or crisis intervention for survivors and other stakeholders such as police, social workers, or anyone willing to seek support for protecting a survivor.

Awareness and Community Outreach
We conduct targeted awareness sessions in communities, institutions, and organizations to deepen understanding of gender-based violence, legal rights, and available support mechanisms. These efforts aim to reduce stigma, encourage reporting, and build safer, more informed environments.
